I originally started this blog, and website so that family and friends could keep up-to-date with what I was getting up to with flight training and and initial career in aviation. It has turned into a blog that includes my airline activities and travel – 58 countries so far!

I’m a Masters in Physics and (soon to be) Masters in Air Transport Management graduate and an Airline Pilot for a European Airline, flying the 737-800 aircraft. This is something that I’ve always wanted to do – ever since I was 6 years old. Back in those days, children were given tours of the flight deck and that was one of the most inspiring experiences for me. As a child, you experience the world at another level. Experiences are much more wondrous and almost, or are magical! This is how it was for me as a child, and fortunately this type of feeling has stuck by me when it comes to flying.

“When once you have tasted flight, you will forever walk the earth with your eyes turned skyward, for there you have been, and there you will always long to return.”
